• “Subscription” refers to paid membership plans available to Motor Carriers.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Represent a legitimate business or operate as a licensed participant in the transportation or logistics industry;
• Ensure all registration information is accurate, current, and complete.
